Steve McGrail says Noah Myers is proof with hard work and a great attitude, good things can happen to kids from small towns.
McGrail, Wyoming Minor Ball vice president, was one of the people who organized Noah Myers night Tuesday. The Wyoming ball player was recently drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays. He’s the third Wyoming ball player to reach that level.
Myers was honoured along with Brett Gray, who played with the Cincinnati Reds and Team Canada and famously struck out 25 batters in one game and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame, and Jason Helps – a Wranglers coach who played in the Florida Marlins system for years.
