Layla Callister just missed a medal at the OFSAA high school wrestling championship this week in Hamilton. She finished fourth in the girls’ 44 kg. weight class. Meantime, former Wyoming resident Alyssa Crummer was also fourth in the girls’ 51 kg. class.  Crummer, who now lives in Florence, attends Ursuline College in Chatham.

LCCVI Swimmer Darius Landon won two gold medals at OFSAA swimming championship. The Lancer won the  Senior Boys  50m Freestyle with a time of 24.57 sec and the Senior boys 100m Individual Medley with a time of 1:02:55.
