Enniskillen’s new set of wheels
November 12, 2016
Enniskillen Township has a new set of wheels and they’re big. The township bought the new Cat 140M grader for just over $400,000. It has a carbide blade which helps chip the ice along the roads. The grader doesn’t have a steering wheel – it is pilot controlled similar to a joystick on a plane or video game. The new machine is expected to last 10 years. Mayor Kevin Marriott climbed up to get a look at the new grader.
