New scholarship program at Great Lakes created in honour of late Sarnia judge

Christmas at The Independent
December 24, 2013
Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even our (computer) mouse.
The papers had been delivered to mail boxes by Canada Post with care
in the hopes that our readers would find them there.
The staff had all finished their work with great care
And were planning to rest and enjoy the crisp, cold air.
And as they closed the office doors until December 30
you could hear them call out:
Merry Christmas to and to all a good night!
Wish you and yours a wonderful Christmas and all the best of 2014!
Heather, Connie, and Kathy
