Municipal offices ready to help during holidays

Municipal offices across Petrolia and Central Lambton are preparing for the holidays, but officials say they will still be ready to help in an emergency.
In Petrolia, Director of Community Services, Dave Menzies, says town residents experiencing problems can access staff at 519-882-2351 even when the office is closed for the Christmas holidays.
“During the holidays calls get rerouted 24-hours a day instead of just after hours,” he says. “It goes directly to a live person leave a message and get a call back or they will end up calling a staff member or send out works crew to help.”
