The LCCVI Jr. Boys’ Lancers outscored St. Clair in the second half but it wasn’t enough to overcome an 21 point deficit racked up in the first half of the Lambton final.
The Colts captured the Lambton final 39-21 Saturday over the Lancers.
Coach Joe Syer says the team was not able score during the first half. “It’s hard to over come a deficit like that,” he told The Independent. “But they played hard and didn’t give up – they won the second half,” he added noting they out scored the Colts in the second half.
