One day left to register to quit smoking and win a car

You only have a few more days to quit smoking and have a chance at winning a car.

Canadian Cancer society’ Driven to Quit Challenge is to encourage tobacco users to quit smoking for one month. The deadline to enter is Friday.

“Many smoker make five to seven attempts before they quit successfully,” says Marie Chaves, Health Promoter for Lambton Public Health. “Programs like Driven to quit Challenge motivate people to make that quit attempt and provide access to professional support that can help increase a smokers chance of becoming tobacco-free.”

Participants who remain smoke free for March will be eligible to win a choice between a Dodge Avenger, a Dodge Journey, or one of seven prizes of $1000.
