‘A dangerous precedent’ CKs mayor says removing EA will have ‘devastating impact’

Janice Smith of Victorian Flowers and Gift was one of many Teleflora florists delivering smiles Thursday. The florist made and gave away the Smile bouquets in the communities they serve. Ona Campbell at Albany Retirement Village enjoyed one of the 26 bouquets Smith delivered. Darcie Gray of Gray’s Flowers also delivered 26 bouquets at the Continuing Care Wing at CEE. Gray says the smiles which came when the flowers were delivered brought a smile to her face, too.
