Firefighters, specialized equipment from St. Clair, local industry help put out ethanol plant fire in Chatham

A 45 year tradition continues

Lonnie Cope of Petrolia is just one of thousands of people over the last 45 years who are loyal customers of the William’s Sweet Corn stand on Petrolia Line. The family has been selling corn since the current owner, Tim Williams, was only one year old. The Williams employ six students in the summer and it is their main duty to keep the stand well stocked. Whatever is leftover goes to the local food bank.
