Two Petrolia teens have some explaining to do after the OPP were called for what appeared to be knife attack.

Around 8:30 pm last night the OPP received a call that a teen was injured with a knife behind a business after being confronted by two masked men

The OPP called in the Canine Unit and the Emergency Response team but as the investigation progress it was discovered the teens – who are 15 and 16 – had been playing with a knife and one had been cut. He needed medical attention but wasn’t seriously injured.

Police continue the investigation and there is no word whether charges will be laid.
