ON A ROLL The Lancers roared back in the fifth game of the SWOSSA final 11-10 but in the end lost to Kingsville 16-14.
The LCCVI Jr. Lancers came within two points of being SWOSSA champions.
The team took on Kingsville in Petrolia tonight. They split the first four games of the five game series and headed into the nail-biting fifth. The team was down by nine when they stormed back to an 11-10 lead. The Lancers and Cavaliers traded points until a strong serve by Kingsville burned through the Lancers for the 16-14 win.
