Members of the Petrolia Community Theatre, including Sheila Tiernay, Jim Hawkins, and Bonnie Harris, are preparing for a wedding. The group is putting on a Victorian Wedding at St. Paul’s United Church Sunday starting at 2pm. Carol Graham wrote the play which shows the romantic and business-like customs of weddings of the Victorian Era. The play was originally a fundraiser for Petrolia Discovery and is being reprised for the church as part of its 150th Anniversary celebrations. Actors who will take part in the event were in downtown Petrolia last week promoting the event. Tickets are available at the church or by calling 519-882-1220.
