Four charged with drug trafficking by Anishinabek Police after stop in Lambton Shores

It will be a full-blown birthday party in Oil Springs Saturday.
On Saturday, the municipality is cranking up the fun to celebrate 150 years as a village.
Starting at 11 am there will be a parade starting at the Youth Centre. Then at noon, there will be a car, mini-car and bike show and shine on the main street. There will be live bands and street dancing beside the firehall starting at noon also.
At 1pm, the municipality is serving birthday cake at the municipal parking lot and there will be a carnival as well.
At night, around 9:30, the village will cap off the day with fireworks at the Oil Springs Ball Diamond.
The Oil Museum of Canada gets in on the action Sunday with its annual Black Gold Festival.
