Impaired charges laid in afternoon crash near Port Franks
Preparing for Remembrance
November 10, 2015
Members of the Wyoming Legion recently raised the familiar Poppy flag in front of their branch. It was the beginning of Poppy sales leading up to Wednesday’s Act of Remembrance. Here Chester Meredith of the Wyoming Legion gets help from Plympton-Wyoming Mayor Lonny Napper, Veteran Bill Abbott, and Poppy Chair Laura Nicholls to raise the flag. Communities across Central Lambton held services marking the service of this nation’s military. At 11 am in Wyoming, Petrolia, Alvinston, Brigden and Watford the Act of Remembrance will take place with other communities across Canada.
