Four departments respond to Petrolia Line house fire
Paramedics and OPP lace up for the Battle of the Badges

Tuesday there will be a Charity Hockey Game between the Lambton Paramedics and the Lambton OPP. It will take place at Greenwood Rec. Centre from 10:30am – 12:00 noon.
All money raised is going toward the Theo Fleury Event coming to Petrolia; which will be used toward local youth mental health initiatives and the PMHA.
If anyone is interested in making a donation, the Town of Petrolia will issue an Income Tax Receipt for donations of $20 or more.
Donations can be accepted at the game as well.

The Independent No one has been injured in a house fire in Brooke-Alvinston. Around 10:30 pm Saturday, firefighters were called to Petrolia Line between Suitorville and Little Ireland Road for a fire in an older brick home.
