The weather was beautiful as the Central Lambton Optimist launched 1392 rubber duckies in Bear Creek at Bridgeview Park
A canoe had to be used to round up the winners
Some of the ducks needed a hand to get to the water
Kids lined the pond at Bridgeview Park for the annual Fishing Derby

The Independent The Forest Xtreme will represent Ontario this week at the Eastern Canadian Ringette Championships in Quebec. They are in suburban Montreal panning for gold in the under-16 division involving teams from Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes.
