Lock cut to steal construction tools in Petrolia say OPP

Lambton OPP is looking for clues after thousands of dollars of tools were taken in Petrolia.
Police were called to Eureka St. Dec. 18 and found over the course of 12 hours, thieves broke in and stole a number of items. They had to cut a lock to get in.
Among the items missing are drills, sanders, saws, air compressors, radio, multi-tools, a generator and impact drills.
Many of the brand names include: Dewalt, Bostitch, Honda, Makita, Milwaukee, Ridgid and Bosch.
All were used in residential construction.
Police ask that if you saw anything or know who may have been involved in the crime to call the OPP at 519-882-1011 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
