The Petrolia Oiler Reps are in the finals at the 50th Annual Earle Trevail Petrolia Regional Silver Stick.
The Reps beat the Kent Cobra AE club 7-0 Friday night to clinch a spot in the finals.
The Reps beat Ilderton 11-3 and the Wallaceburg Lakers 4-1 earlier in the tournament.
The finals are Saturday at 8 pm at the Greenwood Recreation Centre.
Petrolia Midget AE is also in the hunt. They play a 9 am semi final game against Lucan Irish Saturday.
Meantime the Petrolia PeeWee Reps are in the semi finals at the Watford Regional Silver Stick. They beat the Lambeth Lancers 6-0 to advance. The semi final game is at 4 pm in Watford.
The East Lambton Eagles have also advanced in PeeWee play. The team hits the ice next at 8:40pm Saturday.
And in Atom action at the Alvinston Tournament, the Petrolia Oilers also made the semi finals after beating Wallaceburg 9-2 Friday. They’ll play in at 10:05 in Alvinston Saturday.
The Mooretown Jr. Flags and the East Lambton Eagles are also still in the hunt at the Atom Tournament. The Flags take on Lambeth at 9 am and the Eagles play Lucan Irish at 11:10.
