Crews are working to clear a transport truck from the westbound 402 under the Oil Heritage Road overpass. OPP say the propane tanker is empty and only needs to be righted. The westbound lanes are being detoured onto London Line at Oil Heritage Road. Eastbound traffic is moving normally.
