Thieves steal computers from Watford school
May 30, 2018
Lambton OPP are looking for clues after thieves broke into Watford Centennial School.
Teachers called police around 9:30 after finding someone got into the school in the early morning hours and stole several lap tops and iPads.
While the police were talking to neighbours, they found the Watford Optimist Concession Stand at the community centre had been targetted. Someone tried unsuccessfully to get in through a utility room door and the concession window, causing some damage to the area.
Anyone who may have seen anything early Wednesday morning is asked to call the OPP or Crime Stoppers.
