Fire heavily damages Petrolia home
February 27, 2019
Volunteer firefighters have contained a blaze which has heavily damaged a home on Garden Crescent in Petrolia.
Crews from the Petrolia/North Enniskillen, Oil Springs and Wyoming were called in just before 10:30 Wednesday morning and found the house near Heritage Heights Golf Course in flames.
Crews are on the scene this hour. The flames moved through the home quickly but witnesses say there wasn’t an explosion.
Everyone got out of the home without injuries.
The Independent has learned at the time the fire started a heating and cooling company was in the home making repairs.
We’ll have more details as they become available.
