UPDATED: Lambton emergency responders called to multiple accidents

Snow may have been a factor in a couple of accidents near Petrolia Tuesday morning.
Lambton OPP, Petrolia/North Enniskillen fire and paramedics were called to Mandaumin Line north of Petrolia Line around 11 am for a vehicle in water. The driver of the pickup was feared to be trapped inside, but was able to climb out just after the OPP arrived on scene.
Minutes later, there was another accident, this one on Petrolia Line at Fairweather Road. A compact car hit a sign and landed in the ditch. No one appeared to be injured in the accident.
Brooke Fire Service was also on the scene of an accident at Nauvoo and Churchill Road – officials say there were no injuries.
And Warwick Fire is out on the 402 dealing with accidents there as well.
Meantime, part of the 401 near Furnival Road is closed after two transports collided causing a diesel spill. OPP say there are no injuries.
