Body of missing swimmer recovered at Pinery Park

Petrolia arena and Y to close for three weeks
March 13, 2020
The Town of Petrolia is closing the Greenwood Recreation Centre and the Petrolia YMCA tomorrow until through April 5.
A news release from the municipality says all bookings, classes, programs and scheduled public skating have been cancelled during this time as public health authorities urge people to avoid gatherings of more than 250 people to reduce the transmission of COVID-19.
The Petrolia YMCA will provide further information following this temporary suspension of activities regarding fees paid to the organization. All members will be taken care of and that we will follow up with more information once we are able.
Town Hall will remain open at this time, but officials ask all residents to limit their visits to Town Hall and to reach us by telephone phone.
