Highway 402 closed from Oil Heritage to Kerwood Road

Special weather statement in effect for:
- Sarnia – Petrolia – Western Lambton County
- Watford – Pinery Park – Eastern Lambton County
Thunderstorms with frequent lightning and small hail this evening.
Thunderstorms extending from Southern Lake Huron well into Southern Lower Michigan will move across Southwestern Ontario this evening.
These thunderstorms may bring pea to marble size hail, wind gusts to 70 km/h, and frequent lightning.
Motorists should be prepared for sudden very low visibility in heavy downpours which may give a quick 10 to 20 mm of rain in under an hour.
The thunderstorms will move to the southeast of the area around midnight.
