Outbreak at Sarnia nursing home spreads

There are seven more people at Vision Nursing Home with COVID-19.
Figures released by Lambton Public Health show 12 residents and five staff members now have the virus. Three people have died at the nursing home where some workers have left their own homes to live at the facility during the lockdown.
COVID-19 was first detected in Lambton March 26 at Landmark Village in Sarnia. Forty people contract the virus there, with six residents dying.
Vision Nursing Home has been dealing with the virus since April 23.
To date 212 Lambton residents have tested positive for the novel coronavirus, 147 have recovered. There have been 17 deaths.
