Police dog tracks missing camper who is stuck in the bush

Lambton OPP’s tracking dog, Blitz, likely has a new friend.

The dog found a lost camper at Pinery Provincial Park.

Police were called to the park near Grand Bend around 1 am Saturday after a camper ran into the bush and did not come out.

When police arrived, they could hear the camper yelling for help so, they sent Blitz into the darkness. The dog found the camper – stuck between two trees

Police removed the camper from the trees. Lambton paramedics were on scene but weren’t needed.

Firefighters to be demoted for missing live fire training

Sarnia police investigate after human remains near Highway 40 and Lasalle Line
