Florence golfer finishes fourth

Karolyn Rombouts of Florence carded a 77 and finished fourth in the girls division at the Jamieson Junior Golf tour event last week at the Seven Lakes Golf Course in LaSalle.
She finished three shots behind the winner. Rombouts is a member of the Maple City Club in Chatham.
The tour is scheduled to make a stop at her home course next July 27.
An event scheduled for this past Monday at the Rochester Place in Belle River was cancelled due to an unplayable course following heavy rain on Sunday.
