Three people face charges after Highland Glen incident

Three people are facing multiple charges after police were on patrol near Highland Glen Conservation Area.

Lambton OPP say they were on patrol in the area when they saw a parked vehicle with a number of people inside. When police went up to the vehicle, they say drug paraphernalia inside.

Police say the vehicle had been reported stolen.

Three people were arrested and police found methamphetamine and fentanyl. A weapon was also seized.

Gerald George, 38, faces nine charges including drug possession. Taina George, 33, and Jennifer Jorge, 37, all of Kettle and Stony Point First Nation face five charges each.

All were released and scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice-Sarnia Nov. 18.
