Cadman lauded as Woman of Excellence

Petrolia’s Jane Cadman is one of three woman being honoured as Women of Excellence.

The Petrolia woman is active in the community with Petrolia Rotary and the CEEH Auxiliary. She’s also served on municipal council in the past.

Bluewater Health congratulated Cadman on her award from the Sarnia Community Foundation; “She is an extremely hard worker who helps to make our community a better place.”

Cadman, Margaret Capes – a lawyer who organizes free legal clinics – and Bethany Tiegs – one of the organizers of the local women’s march – will all be honoured for their work in the community. They’re being hailed as “citizens determined to change the world they live in.”

Local unemployment rate at eight per cent

OPP look for a driver after accident on Petrolia Line
