Meghan Hunter has a new job with the NHL’s Chicago Blackhawks.
She is now the Director of Hockey Administration and Amateur Scout with the Hawks.
The Oil Springs product had been the Senior Executive Assistant to Senior Vice-President/General Manager and Hockey Operations Stan Bowman for the past four-and-a-half years.
She joined the NHL club after administrative stints with Hockey Canada and the London Knights of the OHL.
After an illustrious playing career at the University of Wisconsin, where she was a finalist for the Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award during her freshman season when she shared the national scoring lead with 42 goals and 78 points, she spent time on the coaching staff at the University of Maine and Niagara University.
