Volunteers pack some of the Christmas boxes being prepared for nearly 400 families across Lambton County. The women are part of a much smaller than normal crew of volunteers to Christmas for Everyone as organizers of the annual program tried to make sure they followed pandemic protocols during the packing process. Sandra Hartman says the first of the boxes will leave Petrolia’s New Life Church Thursday.

One person hurt after pickup, transport collide on Petrolia Line

One person was injured after a two-vehicle accident on Petrolia Line. St. Clair Township firefighters and the OPP were called to the corner of Petrolia Line and Brigden Road just after 5 pm Wednesday when a pickup and tractor-trailer collided.
