Ontario returns to online learning after Spring Break
April 12, 2021
Ontario students will be back to online learning after the Spring Breaks.
Premier Doug Ford is making the announcement this hour.
“The problem is not in the schools it is in our community,” says Ford, adding bringing kids who have spent a week in the community “is not a risk I’m willing to take.”
Yesterday, Education Minister Stephen Lecce said the kids would return to school in person after Spring Break. The Liberals are calling for Lecce to be fired.
Ford admits this will be “very, very hard” for working families
