Impaired driver nabbed on London Line

A Forest man is facing charges after OPP were told of an erratic driver on London LIne.

Lambton OPP say around 1.45 am Aug. 23, they received a call about the vehicle travelling in the eastbound lane in Plympton-Wyoming.

Police found the vehicle and it became apparent the driver had been drinking.

After a roadside test, the driver, a 38 year old from Forest, is facing two charges of impaired driving for alcohol and drugs.

He’ll be in court in October.

The Lambton Public Health announced Friday an investigation into Avian influenza in a poultry flock in Lambton County.
