Walpole Island man dead after house fire

A 68 year old Walpole Island man has died in a house fire.
Lambton OPP are releasing today that on Sunday around 4 am, Walpole Island Police Service, fire department and the OPP were called to a house which was in flames.
When the fire was out, a body was found in the rubble.
Police say Edwin Wright, 68, of Walpole Island died in the blaze.
While the Ontario Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire, the death isn’t considered suspicious.
