Watford library to close during major renovation project
One dead in accident on Lakeshore Road

Lambton OPP are investigating after an accident claimed a life in Lambton Shores.
Just after 8 am, the OPP, paramedics and the Lambton Shores Fire Department responded to a single vehicle crash between Proof Line and Fuller Road.
One person died in the crash, police haven’t named the victim as the family is still being notified.
The cause of the collision is being investigated by members of the OPP Technical Collision Investigation unit.

Walpole Island First Nation senior dies in vehicle recovered from St. Clair River

The Independent A senior has died after a vehicle ended up in the St. Clair River. Just before 3:30 pm, Walpole Island Police were called to River Road along with Lambton OPP, the Walpole Island Fire Department, paramedics, the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office and the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre for the a report of a vehicle in the river.

Plympton-Wyoming puts the brakes on increased development fees
