Special drone delivery of handguns intercepted by a tree near Port Lambton
May 2, 2022
Lambton OPP are looking for clues to a hi-tech shipment of handguns.
Police were called to Port Lambton Friday morning after neighbours saw a large drone stuck in the trees along the St. Clair River.
Attached to the drone was a bag with 11 handguns inside. Police believe they were coming from the US.
OPP have seized the handguns and had the help of St. Clair Fire to remove the drone from the tree.
Anyone who has information about the transport are asked to call the OPP at *677 on your cell.
