If you want to encourage diversity in Lambton – the public library may be the place to start.
Two committees, the Sarnia-Lambton Anti-Racism, Discrimination and Inclusion Committee and Sarnia-Lambton Local Immigration Partnership is relaunching the All are Welcome Here campaign to promote diversity and addressing issues of racial, religious and ethnic prejudice and discrimination in our community.
The idea was launched in 2017 in London. Signs began appearing in Lambton in May 2021.
Today, the groups announced all Lambton County Libraries will be offering free lawn signs and stickers for anyone interested.
