September 28, 2022
After two years of fundraising and several months of construction, a new accessible playground is open in Petrolia. Four local mothers formed Parents for Parks and began fundraising for the playground. The Petrolia Lions Club and the Petrolia Enniskillen Agriculture Society were major contributors of cash and land for the $300,000 investment. The Town of Petrolia also contributed $75,000. It officially opened Tuesday.
