Rebound getting ready for prom

February 27, 2023

Rebound is getting ready to help Lambton students have their dream prom outfits.

The youth organization is hosting The Cinderella Project.

The Cinderella Project gathersnew and almost-new formal dresses, shoes, and accessories, and provides them free students unable to buy their own. The teens go to a boutique and get help from volunteers to put together their prom look.
This year boutique will open April 12 to 16 from 4 to 8 pm Wednesday to Friday and , Saturday from 10 am-7 pm, and Sunday from
11 am to 5pm.

To make sure there is a large selection, Rebound is holding a dress drive March 6 to 11. You can drop off any formal wear and accessories at Rebound in Sarnia or at Lambton Mall Friday and Saturday March 10 and 11.

Rebound is also looking for volunteers for the boutique days in April. The Cinderella Project needs everything from personal shoppers and seamstresses.

Rebound is also looking for people who would be willing to provide hair, makeup, flowers and nails to the students during prom season.
