If you hear sirens coming across the St. Clair River Wednesday around 1 pm, don’t worry – it’s a severe weather drill.
St. Clair County officials in Michigan are marking Severe Weather Awareness week.
Emergency officials are asking families, schools, and businesses to review and practice their emergency plans and readiness for severe weather.
A Statewide Tornado Drill will be conducted on Wednesday, March 22nd at 1:00 PM. At that time, the County’s outdoor sirens will be activated for a steady three minutes as a test of the warning network.
