Pinsonneault ‘disappointed’ Ford government reneges of promise of EA for Dresden dump

Lancers win seven times in final track tune up to LKSSAA championships

LCCVI won four events in the girls’ division at the final LKSSAA track and field tune up this week in Chatham.
Keria Anjema and Brynn Blancher won the novice and junior javelin events respectively, Pavia Gerrits won the senior girls’ high jump and Kaiya Greydanus captured the senior girls’ 100 metre hurdle race.
Olivia McKinlay of North Lambton took first place in the senior girls’ long jump.
On the boys’ side, Charlie Shaw won the senior boys’ 800 metre race, James Grant crossed the finish line first in the novice boys’ 800 and Hunter Campbell captured the junior boys’ discus. North Lambton’s Cameron Finch broke the tape first in the boys’ open 1500 metre steeplechase.
The Lambton Kent championships take place next Tuesday and Wednesday in Chatham.
