Three people were injured in an accident at the corner of Petrolia Line and the Kimball Road.
Around 8:20 am Tuesday, Lambton OPP and St. Clair Fire were called to the intersection after two passenger vehicles collided.
Three people were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A 55 year-old from Wallaceburg has been charged with failing to yield to traffic on a through highway under the Highway Traffic Act.
There have been multiple calls for action at the intersection over the last 10 years. Recently, Lambton County councillors approved $100,000 in spending for a preliminary design and environmental assessment of a possible fix including either a roundabout or traffic lights.
