Gibson, Davidson notch two each in Flyer road win

Four unanswered goals in the third period lifted the Petrolia Flyers to a 7-3 win over Lucan in PJHL action Saturday.
Daniel Gibson’s second goal of the contest, early in the final frame, was the game-winner. Parker Davidson also scored twice for Petrolia with Andrew Jaques contributing a goal and three assists. Tanner Hull and Nathan Clatworthy also scored for the Flyers and Cameron Davidson had two assists.
Ethan Everaert blocked 26 shots for the win between the pipes.
