More Christmas lights and planters, benches and a solar lights along the Reeces Corners to Wyoming trail are all on the wish list to spruce up Wyoming.
Plympton-Wyoming approved a grant application for the My Main Street grant for $125,750.
Staff came up with a list of things which would improve the streetscape and the Christmas in the Village event which includes a Christmas Light Drone Show, an eight-foot frame for selfies during the event and more decorative street lighting.
It’s also pitching the idea of painting the town logo on crosswalks and a mural for the downtown area. If the town is successful, the grant will cover all of the costs of the projects.
