Sarnia commercial driver faces 10 charges

A Sarnia man is facing 10 charges after the OPP stopped a vehicle in Plympton-Wyoming.
OPP say the vehicle without a red light on the rear of the trailer was stopped Dec. 27 around 5:30 pm on Churchill Line west of Blackwell Side Road.
As a result of the stop, the driver, a 68 year-old from Sarnia, has been charged with 10 Highway Traffic Act offenses including failing to stop for police, not having a red light on the rear of the trailer, having an insecure load, driving without completing an inspection and improperly attaching a trailer,
