The Petrolia Flyers came back from a 5-2 early second period deficit to beat Port Stanley, 6-5 in overtime in PJHL play Thursday.

Logan Crummy scored the game-winning goal, 79 seconds into the fourth period.

Parker Davidson scored twice for the winners with Owen Peters adding a goal and two assists. Cam Davidson and Ethan Flintoff also scored for P-town.

Austin Harper had four assists while Lucas Rogers and Jake MacLean each had two helpers.

Elijah Grant came off the bench to stop all 11 shots he faced over the final 33 and a half minutes of the contest for his 12th win on the season. Petrolia outshot the Sailors, 49-25.

Petrolia is now back in first place in the Yeck Division with a record of 23-10-3. The Flyers take on the North Middlesex in Parkhill Saturday in Parkhill.
