Lambton County will send two Ontario PC MPPs to Queen’s Park again.
Incumbents Bob Bailey of Sarnia-Lambton and Steve Pinsonneault of Lambton-Kent-Middlesex both will serve again in a Doug Ford majority government.
Pinsonneault garnered almost 54 per cent of the vote in Lambton-Kent-Middlesex with over 25,000 votes Thursday.
Bailey claimed 51 per cent of the vote in Sarnia-Lambton with about 24,000 votes.
The Ontario PC Party claimed 82 seats in the early election. The NDP remain the official opposition with 25 seats. The Liberals picked up 14 but its leader, Bonnie Crombie, failed to win her Mississauga area seat.
