The Lancer won the 100 metre individual medley final a new record time of 1:00.68. His nearest competitor was 61/100th of a second off the pace.

His winning time was nearly two full seconds faster than his winning time in the same event last year.

Landon also won gold in the 50 metre freestyle on Tuesday.

Landon has medalled at the provincial championship for three years in a row.
