Public health looking for dog and owner after bite in Blackwell Dog Park

If you use the Blackwell Dog Park, you might be able to help find a dog that bit a person.

Around 2:30 pm on March 13, a large white-coloured dog with brown spots, perhaps a mastiff, bit a person in the park.

The dog owner was a white man, of average height and build and was wearing a plaid flannel jacket, blue baseball hat and had some facial hair. They are believed to be between 40 and 50 years gold.
