Lambton-Kent-Middlesex MPP takes oath of office in advance of Premier and cabinet

Steve Pinsonneault is now officially Lambton-Kent-Middlesex’s MPP.

Pinsonneault was re-elected in the Feb. 27 and took the oath of office Tuesday morning.

Premier Doug Ford and his cabinet will be sworn in tomorrow. Lisa Thompson, who was the agriculture minister in the last sitting, attended Pinsonneault’s ceremony in Queen’s Park. He was named Thompson’s parliamentary assistant after his election in the May 2024 byelection.
